Many of you will know that I've been campaigning for both bowel cancer research and better awareness ever since the disease robbed me and my sister Katie of our Dad.  Growing a beard for the month of December shouldn't be too much of a hassle - hitting my fantasy target of £1m will prove a little trickier tho without your help.
